Current unrestricted Mississippi RN/LPN license Current BLS certification Ability to assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs, ensuring timely and appropriate care Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently Excellent documentation skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in patient records Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills Flexibility to fill in at any Neshoba clinic as needed Dependable, self-motivated team player Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position Clinic experience preferred
