Job Description

Site Information:
provides inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults with serious mental illness.
Services provided include:
evaluation and assessment, medication management, individual and group therapy, psycho-educational programs, rehabilitation and vocational services, chemical dependency treatment, and peer support. =the only public psychiatric hospital in Montana and serves people admitted from communities across the state. It is a 174-bed facility, 220-beds if you include the forensic unit.
Patients:
These patients are court-ordered by the county courts & department of corrections
  • there are no walk-ins.
With that there is 24/7 security!
Ratios:
1:6
  • 1:12 (depending on unit and acuity)
Expected Hours:
36 H weekly (12 hour shifts)
Shifts:
AM (7 AM
  • 7:30 PM) or PM (7 PM
  • 7:30 AM)

None for 1st assignment, RTO possible for extension

Pay Packages:
Psych LPN (openings for both shifts) $19.00/hour
  • $28.50/overtime
  • $1,216/per diem
