Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. They assist patients with activities of daily living, administer medications, and provide bedside care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers 2. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and symptoms 3. Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating 4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans 5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatments 6. Ensure safe and clean working environment for patients and staff 7. Qualifications and Skills:
