$1,600/week Job Summary Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and rehab residents, including medication administration, wound care, patient monitoring, and support with ADLs in a skilled nursing facility setting. Requirements Active LPN license (MT or compact eligible) Minimum 1 year LTC/SNF experience preferred Experience with medication administration and geriatric care Ability to work in a high-ratio long-term care environment Required Credentials LPN License- Required BLS
Preferred Schedule Details Primary:
Evenings 1:45 PM- 10:15 PM Additional option noted: Day shift 5:45 AM
- 2:15 PM 40 hours/week, 5 days/week 8-week contract Weekend coverage possible (Sunday-Saturday workweek) Overtime available Facility Notes LTC + Rehab population (no vents or trachs) 2 nurses on day/evening shifts, 1 nurse overnight 1 RN always on site + RN on-call support weekends CNA ratio: ~7 on days, 4 on nights Residents include feeding assistance and occasional tube feeding cases Charting system: American Data ECS No smoking on property
