Location On-site | 202 Prospect Dr, Glendive, MT 59330 | Acute Care Department Employment Type Full-time, Non-exempt, hourly (bi-weekly pay) Schedule Three 12-hour shifts | Rotating days/nights every 6 weeks | Rotating weekends & holidays Glendive Medical Center (GMC) is a Critical Access Hospital serving eastern Montana and western North Dakota. As an RN or LPN in our Acute Care Department, you'll provide patient-centered nursing care across multiple inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers broad clinical exposure and strong opportunities for skill development in a collaborative rural hospital. What You'll Do Provide patient-centered nursing care in Medical/Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, ER, ICU, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health Perform assessments, administer medications/treatments, and document accurately Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including emergencies Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams Supervise nonprofessional staff Educate patients and families and support safe, high-quality oues Follow safety, infection control, and hospital policies Maintain requiredpetencies and participate in ongoing training LPNs Practice under the supervision of an RN Additional RN Opportunity Charge Nurse duties may be assigned once experience and leadership skills are demonstrated. What We're Looking For Active Montana RN or LPN license (orpact license with multi-state privileges) BLS certification required, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP preferred (may obtain after hire) Strongmunication, time management, and teamwork skills Previous nursing experience preferred (new grads considered) Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed Physical Requirements Ability to ambulate without assistance and respond quickly in emergencies Able to perform CPR Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks Ability to lift/move/reposition patients up to 50 lbs. using proper mechanics/equipment Ability to tolerate fast-paced environments and emotional demands Exposure tomon hospital conditions municable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, radiation) Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without amodation Benefits That Support You Eligible the 1st of the month after 59 days Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Healthcare Spending Accounts Short-term disability Voluntary fringe benefits Company-paid Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Eligible after 30 days 401(k) withpany match (100% vested after 2 years) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Float Holidays Extended Illness Time Why Glendive?
