Location On-site | 202 Prospect Dr, Glendive, MT 59330 | Acute Care Department Employment Type Full-time, Non-exempt, hourly (bi-weekly pay) Schedule Three 12-hour shifts | Rotating days/nights every 6 weeks | Rotating weekends & holidays Glendive Medical Center (GMC) is a Critical Access Hospital serving eastern Montana and western North Dakota. As an RN or LPN in our Acute Care Department, you'll provide patient-centered nursing care across multiple inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers broad clinical exposure and strong opportunities for skill development in a collaborative rural hospital. What You'll Do Provide patient-centered nursing care in Medical/Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, ER, ICU, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health Perform assessments, administer medications/treatments, and document accurately Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including emergencies Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams Supervise nonprofessional staff Educate patients and families and support safe, high-quality oues Follow safety, infection control, and hospital policies Maintain requiredpetencies and participate in ongoing training LPNs Practice under the supervision of an RN Additional RN Opportunity Charge Nurse duties may be assigned once experience and leadership skills are demonstrated.
