Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an Immediate Care Center team in Great Falls, Montana. This role involves providing quality nursing care, supporting providers, and serving as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Current LPN License (Montana license required upon acceptance) Current BLS Certification Ability to perform patient triage and obtain vital signs Experience with prescription refills and prior authorizations Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care within scope of licensure Take vital signs and assist with patient assessments Triage patient calls and coordinate care needs Process prescription refills and prior authorizations Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members Support CNAs and scheduling staff as needed
