We are currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and License Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our outstanding care team. At Searstone, we pride ourselves on maintaining a low nurse-to-resident ratio , giving you the time and support needed to provide meaningful, personalized care without the pressure of being stretched too thin.

Full-time and Partime :
3rd Shift ( 10:45pm-7:15am )What You'll Do:
As a Nurse at Searstone, you'll take the lead on your shift to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. You'll be a trusted care provider and a role model for our care team, promoting a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Supervise and guide CNAs in providing personal and restorative care Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes Handle admissions, transfers, discharges, and complete accurate documentation Administer medications and maintain eMAR/eTAR accuracy Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Support residents with daily living activities and appointments Lead shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care Respond to emergencies and document incidents Promote cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all timesWhat We're Looking For:
Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina Strong clinical skills and sound judgment Experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred) A calm, compassionate, and team-oriented approach Strong communication and documentation skills Must be fluent in English and able to use standard communication too Why Searstone?
