Cary Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our thriving pediatric practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and their families. Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for provider visits Collect patient histories and perform health screenings Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Administer vaccines, treatments, and medications as ordered Perform laboratory testing and assist with clinical procedures Provide patient and family education Conduct telephone triage and offer nursing advice within scope of practice Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient patient care and workflow Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-stress situations Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to teamwork and providing outstanding patient care Preferred Experience Recent clinical healthcare experience Pediatric and/or primary care office experience preferred New nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.
