The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to pediatric patients one on one, inside the patients home. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
Patients may require:
g-tube/gj-tube care, oxygen, total care, ADL assistance, incontinence care, seizure monitoring, lifting, assistance with ambulation. Must be okay with pets in home.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 3:30p-10p & e/o weekend Duties Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor vital signs. G-tube Lifting Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Qualifications Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience with G-tubes Familiarity with long-term care and Private Duty Nursing Knowledge of medical documentation. One year working actively as an LPN Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Familiarity handling patients with seizure disorders Experience with Pediatric patients Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients.
