  • 32/hr Chapel Hill Pediatrics and Adolescents is a well-established, physician-led pediatric practice in Chapel Hill, NC, known for its family-like culture and a team of top-notch clinicians who genuinely care about the people they work with.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role. You'll work alongside one physician and his patients each day in a busy, collaborative office setting — triaging, vaccinating, running labs, and keeping things moving for kids and families who count on us. What You'll Do Triage patients and conduct vision and hearing screenings Administer vaccines to pediatric patients following immunization schedules Perform lab draws and point-of-care testing as needed Document accurately and efficiently in Veradigm EHR Work as part of a close-knit nursing team alongside other RNs, NAs, and CMAs Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (occasional 10:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM shift) Every 6th Saturday, 8:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM Average patient volume: ~20 patients per provider per day What You Need Active RN or LPN license (North Carolina or compact) Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including rotating Saturdays Preferred Pediatric clinical experience Familiarity with EHR documentation Skills That Set You Apart Strong communicator | Team player | Reliable | Empathetic | Adaptable | Comfortable with challenging conversations Compensation & Benefits $20•32/hr (based on experience and license type) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) / retirement plan PTO, paid holidays Why Chapel Hill Pediatrics?
