Contract LPNs 1020 County Home Road, Henderson, NC 27536 $25 an hour - Contract $25 an hour - Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Contract LPNs to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide clinical support to an interdisciplinary team of professionals at the Addiction Recovery Center for Men. Responsibilities Administer Medications in a licensed facility setting Conduct regular training of direct support staff for transcribing and administering medications in a licensed facility. Review of doctor appointment calendar, medications, pharmacy reviews, and careful review of MARs to guarantee that medications are given as prescribed. Manage complex cases involving acute pain management, infectious disease care, Substance Abuse disorders, etc. Document patient care activities thoroughly using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like WELLSKY; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies for diverse populations. Support laboratory specimen collection/processing, diagnostic evaluations, and maintain infection control standards across all clinical activities. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of practice with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Adult CPR/FA Excellent communication skills and interdisciplinary collaboration; commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times.
