LPN Job Responsibilities As an LPN at Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center , you will: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Supervise and assist nursing assistants (CNAs) Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Maintain accurate documentation and records Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse is essential to ensuring the highest level of care for every resident. LPN Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Current LPN License in the State of North Carolina (required) Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and dependable work ethic Pay Rate Very High "No Frills" Rate
