Coordinator - Full-Time The Greens at Hickory | Hickory, NC $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) Are you an experienced MDS Coordinator looking for a stable, well-supported role where you can focus on accuracy, quality, and outcomes—not chaos? The Greens at Hickory is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-driven RN or LPN MDS Coordinator to lead the RAI process and play a critical role in clinical reimbursement and care planning. Why This Role Stands Out Dedicated MDS role with strong clinical support Collaborative interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy, leadership) Opportunity to take ownership of the MDS process and drive improvements Stable environment focused on quality care and compliance Position Overview As the MDS Coordinator, you will oversee the full RAI process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of MDS assessments while supporting care planning and reimbursement accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and driving clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of all MDS assessments Maintain accuracy of documentation and regulatory compliance Manage MDS transmissions and validate state submissions Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary care plan conferences Monitor and improve Quality Measures (QM) Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams Ensure care plans reflect resident needs and regulatory standards Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license Minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in long-term care Strong knowledge of the RAI process and care planning RAC-CT certification preferred What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Medicare PPS, Case Mix, and Medicaid reimbursement Knowledge of federal and state regulations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities Benefits Competitive pay based on experience $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Life and disability coverage Supportive leadership team with growth opportunities IND123
