About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide hands‑on nursing care under the direction of an RN Supervisor or the Director of Nursing. You'll support residents with their daily healthcare needs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and help maintain the highest level of nursing practice within our facility. Your role is essential in creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for the residents who call our community home.
