Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Linville, North Carolina | Full-Time | Day 7:00am

Starting at $23.42/ hour , based on experience, education, and internal equity
Schedule:
Variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and call rotations

Psychiatric nursing experience Prior acute care or clinic experience Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current LPN licensure in the State of North Carolina Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required at hire Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) required (completed during orientation) What You'll Do as a Licensed Practical Nurse Provide safe, effective, and ethical nursing care under general supervision Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations Delegate tasks appropriately and support team members within scope of practice Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment aligned with organizational values
