8:00 AM•12:00 PM Day Shift Schedule Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy ambulatory OB/GYN practice in Pembroke, North Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with providers and patients in a women's health setting, supporting comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality outpatient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to OB/GYN patients in an ambulatory setting. Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and routine office visits. Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical information. Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available. Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as ordered. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, prenatal care, preventive health, and follow-up instructions. Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, laboratory testing, and diagnostic services. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and clinical documentation. Support patient flow and ensure a positive, patient-centered experience. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License•Required . Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous ambulatory OB/GYN experience•Preferred . Experience working in women's health, obstetrics, gynecology, family practice, or outpatient clinic settings. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Why Join This Opportunity?
