Set schedule - 3 shifts/week (12-hour shifts) with opportunity to pick up more
Shifts:
7a-7p and/or 7p-7a (discussed during interview) Position Summary Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is seeking Travel RNs and Travel LPNs for a 13-week contract to support direct resident care and strengthen shift coverage. This is a floor nurse role (not a leadership position). We're looking for dependable clinicians who can step in confidently, provide safe care, and work well with our in-house team. Compensation & Details Agency-comparable / travel-competitive pay package (based on experience and shift) 13-week contract (Full-Time temporary) Set schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Opportunity to pick up additional shifts (optional) Orientation provided to ensure safe workflow and documentation expectations Responsibilities (Travel RN/LPN) Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (within RN/LPN scope) Complete assessments, monitor residents, and report changes in condition promptly Document care clearly and timely per facility policy Communicate effectively with CNAs, nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary team Support a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment Requirements Active RN or LPN license (state-licensed) Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, dependable attendance, and teamwork Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably for the full 13-week term Apply Apply online: tinyurl.com/sylvavalley
