LPN/RN Full Time 7a.m.-7p.m.

Clinical Nurse -Hillside Nursing Center- Hillside Nursing and Rehab is currently looking for Caring and Compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team! We offer 12 hour shifts. Hillside is a 130 bed skilled nursing facility and 20 bed assisted living located in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Applicants must be listed as current (not expired or lapsed) on the NC Board of Nursing. LPN's/RN's chart electronically in our electronic health record (Point Click Care), pass medication -including IVs, complete nursing assessments, supervise CNA's, carry out doctors orders and provide wound care to residents living in the skilled nursing facility. Experience working in Long Term Care is preferred. Must be vaccinated. We are currently seeking nurses for the following shifts: 7a.m.-7p.m.; 7p.m. to 7a.m.
