Washington, North Carolina, United States Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents per plan of care under RN supervision Administer medications and treatments as ordered, documenting accordingly Monitor and record vital signs, assess changes, and report to supervising RN Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety and comfort Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure quality care Maintain clean, organized units and comply with infection control and documentation standards Requirements Active North Carolina LPN license or compact license; BLS required 1+ year geriatric/LTC LPN experience PCC experience preferred Local candidates only Ability to work evenings; 8-hour shifts Find more opportunities Interested in other openings?
