Lutheran Services Carolinas Support Team is LSC's internal travel staffing team , created to support our senior living communities by providing reliable, compassionate nursing staff where coverage is needed most. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to travel and help fill shifts throughout our North Carolina communities. Locations Served Lutheran Services Carolinas Support Team provides coverage at LSC communities across North Carolina, including: Salisbury Albemarle Hickory (two locations) Clemmons Winston-Salem Lumberton Wilmington Asheville Pay & Schedule Premium pay: $40.00 per hour Non-benefit position All shifts available Flexible scheduling Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities Mileage paid from your home to the assigned facility and back home Position Summary The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to provide care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, Director of Nursing Services, and Medical Director. This role emphasizes medication administration and treatments , while assisting in modifying treatment plans to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents in accordance with established medical practices, state requirements, and LSC policies and goals .
