Job Description As an LPN in this setting, you'll deliver patient care with confidence and independence while collaborating with a supportive medical team.
Your night will include:
Administering medications and treatments Monitoring patient conditions and responding to medical needs Assisting with sick call and chronic care clinics Performing intake screenings and health assessments Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records Collaborating with RNs, providers, and custody staff to ensure continuity of care This is a fast-paced environment where your skills stay sharp and your impact is immediate.
