13 Weeks Job Summary A compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed for a long-term care (LTC) assignment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams to support residents in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient safety, comfort, and dignity. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient conditions; report changes appropriately Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning Support residents with daily healthcare needs while ensuring comfort and dignity Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes Follow infection control and patient safety protocols Required Qualifications Active LPN/LVN or RN license in North Dakota (or compact eligibility) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible shifts and extended hours as needed Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing For more details reach at vgill@navitassols.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1203 .
