Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is passionate about rural healthcare and eager to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervening and evaluating patients within the specific scope of practice. Assist with patient intake, medical history, and physical examinations. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventative care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Perform routine medical procedures and diagnostic tests as needed. Address patient concerns and provide emotional support. Participate in clinic activities and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

Valid RN or LPN license in Nebraska, graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing, OR Certified Medical Assistant with current certification and relevant clinical experience. Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rural or community health environment, is a plus. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and manage time effectively. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
