Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on full-time overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, support overall wellness, and collaborate closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care throughout the night. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' conditions, identify changes, and report concerns promptly Assist with assessments, documentation, and ongoing care planning Respond appropriately to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies during overnight hours Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring quality care and proper workflow Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents overnight Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required) Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and time-management skills Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to resident dignity and respect What We Offer Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more!
