RN / LPN Director of Mental Health Program

Description We're hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program , serving older adults in the Osmond, NE community since 2018 .

Setting:

Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program Population:

Adults ages 65+

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No call, no weekends, paid holidays off) Salaried + Benefit Eligible!

Established Program:

Serving the community since June 2018 You'll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults !

Responsibilities:

Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population. Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.) Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources Growing and maintaining patient census Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines Other duties as assigned

About us:

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
