Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$19.90 - $27/hour (dependent on education and experience) Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Medical Insurance (multiple options) Dental and Vision Insurance Company Paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Plan (403b) Tuition reimbursement (up to $4000/year) Additional voluntary insurance options What You ll Do Perform clinical support procedures such as blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests within scope of certification Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, including vital signs and patient preparation Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in exam rooms Manage patient communication, including scheduling and instructions as directed by physicians Assist with medical records, referrals, and documentation Support patient flow and comfort before, during, and after procedures Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care
What You Need Required:
Valid BLS (AHA) certification Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential or equivalent Ability to perform clinical procedures within scope of practice Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred:
