Vaccination •LPN Responsibilities As a ShiftMed licensed practical nurse, you'll be responsible for but not limited to: Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients. Taking and reporting patient vital signs. Administering medications as ordered and reporting adverse reactions. Dressing patient wounds and collecting blood and urine samples. Communicating effectively with patients and family members. Providing timely documentation that's accurate and organized. Restocking supplies, medications, and equipment.
