Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in resident care, with experience in long term care. This role offers an opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to the elderly and infirmed, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to regulatory standards. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations, to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately while following established protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Maintain detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support infection control protocols and safety procedures within facility environments to prevent cross-contamination. Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and physiology knowledge to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Uphold all regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate patient-centered care. Experience Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for accurate documentation. We use PCC Hands-on experience with Geriatrics and Dementia helpful Knowledge of infection control practices Strong understanding of vital signs assessment, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required Maintain patient comfort. Excellent communication skills complemented by a thorough understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations. Pay:

$36.49 - $46.45 per hour
