14 Weeks (Open to extend) (BI02)

Shift:

Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week Job Overview We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a healthcare facility setting. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support patients during overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Document patient care accurately and timely Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures Support patient comfort, care planning, and overall wellness Requirements Active LPN/LVN license Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong patient assessment and documentation skills Ability to work night shifts and maintain quality patient care Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Work Setting Healthcare Facility Night Shift Assignment 36
