- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar clinical setting
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently as scheduled
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Experience with medication administration, documentation, and care planning preferred Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' health status to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to ensure high-quality care
- Assist and support residents with activities of daily living and promote a positive living environment
