- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document medication administration
- Monitor and record vital signs, resident progress, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social work) to ensure quality care and care plan updates
- Assist and support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident independence and well-being
