Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

PCA / LNA

professional to join our care team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents in a holistic assisted living community. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality resident care while ensuring comfort and safety for individuals with diverse needs, while working with the Life Enrichment team to ensure all resident needs are met. This is a full time position, every other weekend from 2pm-10pm. Duties Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Report changes with resident health needs to Nurse Manager. Utilize EMR systems for accurate medical documentation.
