Job Description

Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students during the Extended School Year (ESY) in the Nashua, NH area. We are seeking a dedicated LNA with experience in schools, or as an LPN, LVN, or CNA to provide care and assistance throughout the summer program. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in a short-term, focused setting.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active LNA, LPN/LVN, or CNA certification required Prior experience working in school, pediatric, or youth-based settings is highly desirable Confident with basic medical procedures, medication administration, and assessing student health needs Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency or high-stress situations
Role Responsibilities:
Monitor student health and provide necessary first aid or nursing support during the ESY program Administer daily medications and perform health-related tasks as ordered Maintain accurate health records and document interventions Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and parents to support each student's well-being Promote a safe, welcoming, and healthy environment for all attendees
Schedule Details:
ESY program runs from July 7, 2026 to July 30, 2026 3 days per week, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM This is a contract-based position with compensation at $55 per hour, offering an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexibility and meaningful summer work.
