• _•Evening Shift•2pm•10pm•_ _•Salary $33•35/hour •__(with weekend shift differential)_ The position includes caring for the clinical needs of our residents in memory care and assisted living, maintaining resident records, and coordinating with the care team members including residents, families, providers, and pharmacy.

• Record medical information.
• Provide basic care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Assist with care coordination.
• Prepare patients for examination or treatment.
• Assist with personal care and household chores.

Qualifications:

• MUST have a valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Must be a team player
• Experience managing staff
