• LPN Responsibilities As a ShiftMed licensed practical nurse, you'll be responsible for but not limited to: Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients.

Taking and reporting patient vital signs. Administering medications as ordered and reporting adverse reactions. Dressing patient wounds and collecting blood and urine samples. Communicating effectively with patients and family members. Providing timely documentation that's accurate and organized. Restocking supplies, medications, and equipment. Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. to start our easy LPN credentialing process! Hourly pay rates may differ based on the location of ShiftMed healthcare facility partners. All advertised rates reflect the wages ShiftMed partner facilities are currently offering. Hourly rates fluctuate throughout the week depending on the facility you schedule shifts with.
