Available Shifts:
Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift:
7:00 A.M•3:00 P.
M Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift:
3:00 PM•11:00
PM Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Night Shift:
11:00 PM•7:00

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care under the supervision of an RN. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Requirements:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire A caring, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Passion for supporting residents in a long-term care setting How to
