Bayonne, NJ Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Wednesday to Sunday | 4:00 PM
  • 12:00
AM Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a patient requiring advanced nursing support. This case offers consistent day and evening shifts with strong continuity of care.
What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting Perform G-tube and tracheostomy care Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ensure proper care and maintenance of medical equipment
What We're Looking For:
Active NJ RN or LPN license in good standing Experience with G-tube and trach care
REQUIRED
Strong clinical and assessment skills Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently
