Job Summary:

Silver Healthcare in Cherry Hill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our exceptional team! As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized attention to each resident. Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure residents' needs are met. Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed. Take an active role in direct resident assessment and care, supervising and coordinating nursing personnel in providing direct resident care. Formulate individualized nursing care plans utilizing the nursing process, and assess each resident daily to implement changes in care as needed. Assist the physician on rounds, and ensure that pertinent information is communicated to and from him/her and orders are taken correctly. Participate in the training and supervision of nursing personnel, utilizing effective principles of leadership and supervision. Manage conflict through effective problem-solving and communication skills, and act calmly and efficiently in handling emergency situations.
