We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in the home setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child's life. What You'll Be Doing Provide skilled nursing care according to an individualized care plan Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs Perform and manage G-tube feedings and care Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care Assist with daily care needs, including hygiene and repositioning Observe, assess, and document changes in the patient's condition Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate updates to the family and healthcare team Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient What You Bring Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Jersey Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators required Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to patient care Join our team and make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, one-on-one care to a pediatric patient in the comfort of their home.
