  • 7:00 AM) We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a full-time 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM shift.
This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who thrives in a quieter overnight environment while maintaining high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and committed to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the night. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Active RN or LPN license (state-specific) Previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills Knowledge of infection control practices Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Schedule Full-Time 11:00 PM
