Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and care procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Experience in emergency medicine or occupational health is preferred but not required. Familiarity with tube feeding techniques and dementia care strategies is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
