Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Office Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This vital role combines clinical leadership and administrative leadership to ensure seamless patient care coordination, efficient medical documentation, and effective team management. The ideal candidate will be energized by fostering a positive environment, streamlining office operations, and supporting diverse patient populations across various care settings. Your expertise will help enhance patient outcomes, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of healthcare compliance and confidentiality. Duties Oversee daily operations within the office, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Coordinate client intake, scheduling, and staff while managing medical records using EMR system. Support team members by providing guidance. Facilitate communication between clients, caregivers, and external agencies/HCPS for discharge planning, case management, or occupational health needs. Qualifications Valid New Jersey RN or LPN license Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge essential. Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a healthcare setting; ability to manage team workflows efficiently. Experience working with seniors and adults with disabilites; familiarity with senior care or assisted living environments advantageous. Pay:
