Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric experience (home care or acute care preferred) Active NJ RN or LPN license Current BLS certification Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license preferred Physical within the last 12 months PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X‑ray within 5 years Proof of MMR & flu vaccination (or exemption) About the Role As a Pediatric RN/LPN with Affirmed, you'll deliver personalized, skilled nursing care while building meaningful relationships with children and families.
