Overview:

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our residential and day habilitation programs. These roles may be part-time or full-time, with the potential for additional hours. Licensed Practical Nurses at ArcMorris provide hands-on nursing care in group home and day program settings, ensuring the health and safety of the individuals we support. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct healthcare including medication administration, tube feedings, catheterizations, suctioning, and injections (IM/IV). Document all care accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct health assessments and implement specialized care procedures. Collaborate with families, guardians, and staff on health-related matters. Participate in Individualized Service Plan (ISP) meetings as needed. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Skills & Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required). Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Strong clinical skills in documentation, infection control, medication administration, and patient assessment. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience in the non-profit or I/DD field is a plus.
