Licensed Practical Nurse Northeast Healthcare Recruitment - 4.0 Jersey City, NJ Job Details $37.45 - $46.56 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications LPN Full Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide supportive and restorative nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Nursing Home and bedside setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and assist with a variety of nursing tasks to ensure patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being. This role involves working with residents requiring long-term, rehabilitative, and skilled nursing care, ensuring compliance with care plans and facility standards while promoting a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00
AM Compensation:
$37.45-$46.56
Per Hour Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, exercise, and elimination needs Administer medications and treatments as assigned per hospital policy Monitor patient safety and take vital signs Perform CPR and assist with medical procedures as needed Prepare and transport patients for tests and procedures Document patient care and report status to supervising
RN Qualifications:
