Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and care plans Provide direct nursing care and ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner Assist with wound care and other clinical responsibilities as assigned Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but not required
