Manage patient care plans by documenting medical records, updating electronic health records (EHR) systems and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide specialized care for patients with conditions like Alzheimer's disease, dementia, infectious diseases, or those requiring hospice or palliative care. Support emergency situations by managing airway management, acute pain management, and responding effectively in geriatric settings Collaborate with team on care planning, case management, and patient education to promote optimal well-being. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent certification. Proven experience in diverse clinical environments such as hospital medicine, ICU, emergency room, medical-surgical units, or long-term care facilities. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of specialized care areas such as geriatrics.
