• About the Role
• We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals.

As an LPN at Morristown Post Acute, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those with cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary issues. You'll provide direct patient care, administer medications, and develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.

• Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, wound care, and medication management
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

• Requirements
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
