Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures. Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
