LPN Floor Nurse Shift:

Part-Time 2nd Shift +

Every Other Weekend Rate:

$34-$37/ hr. (rates will vary based on experience and licensure) New LPN $34, Experienced LPN $35.50, Per diem $37

LPN Floor Nurse Qualifications:

High School Diploma Valid/ Active LPN license in NJ. Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care. Knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and resident care standards. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

LPN Floor Nurse Position Summary:

Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed and in accordance with nursing standards. Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting changes and communicating concerns to the charge nurse or physician. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition. Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
